What You'll Do: As a SaaS Sales Specialist, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, focusing on expanding our client base and forging strong relationships with healthcare providers. Responsibilities include:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to deliver our SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations, with an emphasis on DICOM, HL7, and integrated operating theatres.
- Client Engagement: Understand the unique needs of each client and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of our products.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demonstrations to highlight features like DICOM imaging and HL7 standards, as well as benefits for integrated operating theatres.
- Consultative Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their workflows and outcomes using our solutions.
- Extensive Client Visits: Travel extensively, meeting with clients onsite 4 out of 5 days a week to build relationships and deliver personalized service.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or medical technology.
- Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and integrated operating theatres is a significant plus.
- Advanced technical understanding of healthcare IT systems, servers and medical devices.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for technology and healthcare innovation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients in person.
Remuneration and Benefits: We provide a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development funds.
Salary: £45k p.a. base with an uncapped commission structure
