Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Coordination / Admin:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in the absence of the Managing Director.
  • Manage financial control and bookkeeping.
  • Continuously review and improve processes/procedures to support company growth.
  • Adapt to and manage changes in a fast-growing company.
  • Project Coordination & Support:
    • Serve as the central point of contact for projects from initial scoping to implementation.
    • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, installers, and internal staff to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Bid Writing and Development Support:
    • Prepare and submit responses to European tenders and large project bids.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance, arrange training, and manage certifications.
  • ISO9001, 14001, and B-Corp Compliance Supervision:
    • Oversee the implementation and documentation of new processes and improvements in line with quality policies.

    Candidate Profile:

    • We welcome candidates with experience in Medical, AV, High Technology, or IT Markets. Experience in medical systems integration is a plus.

    • Multilingual abilities (a plus)

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    • We provide a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development funds.
    • Salary: £27-30K, depending on experience
    • Pension: Company pension scheme with up to 5% match

    • Location: UK-Birkenhead / office-based, with some international travel
