  • Use industry-standard quality tools such as 8D and Root Cause Analysis to drive robust solutions.
  • Analyse warranty data and customer feedback to continuously improve vehicle performance.
  • Plan and organise detailed activities to deliver outcomes that delight customers and differentiate the business from competitors.
