We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded 2+ PQE commercial property solicitor to join The Jonathan Lea Network. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse range of commercial property work and to lead the development of our department.

Depending on experience, the starting salary ranges from £45K to £75K per annum, with potential for higher compensation for those with a significant client following. The role is full-time, with regular hours from Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. Ambitious individuals willing to put in extra hours will be rewarded. We are open to flexible working arrangements, though some in-office presence is required.

We recently moved into a larger, open-plan office just a 5-minute walk from Haywards Heath train station. Our clients include leading technology startups and owner-managed companies across various sectors, primarily based in London and the South East, with many international projects.
