Each morning the Head Coach will brief you on the theme and plan for the day. He will allocate you your group and will continually support you and the other coaches through the day to ensure continuity across the courts in the delivery of the programme. It is important that, as a coach, you have the confidence and skill to deliver a programme to a small group. You must be able to take responsibility for your group and despite being the only coach on your court, still be able to work as part of a team. A Clinic’s success is achieved by coaches keeping to the plan and working together. The Clinics attracts a wide range of players looking for a focused week of tennis coaching. Sold as a ‘Technical Clinic’ you will focus on helping all levels of player improve their knowledge and technical ability. The one element that bonds all the players together is their passion for tennis and improving the game. This makes the camp incredibly rewarding for coaches but at the same time it is intensive as expectations are high.
