Role Description
Working at the Clinic is hard work, fun, intense, yet rewarding. You will normally manage a team of 3 β 6 coaches. The JMT Clinic coaching program (which you will be briefed on before the start of the clinic) will be your complete road book. In charge of leading, motivating and getting the best out of your coaching team. You will lead and organise the Clinic; set, plan and adjust all daily content according to the on-court player level. Your support on the court to the players and coaches will be key to your success, so being a hard worker at all-times and having an eye for detail will be your greatest assets. Good communication skills and understanding of the mainly UK Tennisclients will help to support this exciting and intensive task. Ensuring a great team spirit and utilising the different skills that your team possesses will guarantee success. As Head Coach you are in charge of the morning briefing and key communications with clients through the day. At the end of the clinic, you will deliver a final award ceremony and presentation. Due to the small size of the Clinic, the Head Coach is also required to coach one of the groups. This is a great and unique experience to be the leading face of our company.
