What You Will Do

  • Manage and support critical IT applications within a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal system uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust IT requirements.
  • Oversee the deployment, integration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of manufacturing applications, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Establish strategies and policies for operational support, troubleshooting, and application upgrades across systems like ERP, MES, PLM, and more.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure seamless programme delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Extensive experience in managing manufacturing-related IT applications and OT systems such as SCADA and PLCs.
