What You Will Do:
- Lead the integration of new technologies and ensure seamless compatibility with engineering strategies, functional targets, and customer expectations.
- Drive functional and attribute target delivery, acting as the technical arbitrator for the vehicle's engineering development.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on technical data, including CAD, DV, AIMS, build, test, and releasing.
- Oversee the delivery of Minimum Viable Product into both virtual and physical verification and validation stages.
- Resolve technical obstacles and ensure timely escalation to leadership when required.
- Support study and Agile spike activities to solve complex engineering challenges and drive innovative solutions.
