Responsibilities
- Validate equipment to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality procedures.
- Perform software, measurement, and system functionality verification.
- Analyse Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) results and support continuous improvement activities.
- Develop and maintain validation procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support quality and validation objectives.
About You
- Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent experience (HNC desirable).
- Knowledge of quality systems, parts inspection, measuring.
- Experience using DTI gauges, gauge blocks, and geometric tolerance verification.
- Ability to read engineering, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Current or recent experience as quality technician, quality inspector, CMM operator, systems engineer, mechanical build technician, validation technician.
