Your Role
You will be the heartbeat of the production line. Working within a high-speed manufacturing environment, you will:

- Solve Problems: Use fault-finding tools (such as process fault trees) to resolve minor technical issues independently.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the shift team to maintain accurate records and hit quality standards.
What you bring to the team
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing, technical, or machine-operating role.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging, Print, or Pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable.
- Technical Aptitude: Confidence in making minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting machine faults.
