We are looking for a driven and passionate System Test and Validation Engineer to join us in developing a truly exciting and forward‑thinking product, one you can believe in, advocate for, and take pride in delivering. You will take ownership of validating system features that enable this platform, ensuring high quality, robustness, and a defect free user experience from concept through to delivery. You will play a key role in shaping validation strategies and continuously improving test processes, with a strong focus on automation, reuse of existing test assets, and leveraging established validation practices across the business.

What You Will Do:

  • Create detailed test plans that align with software release schedules, ensuring thorough coverage and reliability.
  • Lead the test team by setting priorities, monitoring progress, and driving the execution of test plans.
  • Design test cases and scenarios to validate system features, focusing on real‑world usage and failure modes.
  • Review test artefacts to maintain consistency and quality across test cases, scripts, and reports.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end testing on vehicles to verify delivery maturity and ensure a defect‑free user experience.
  • Track defects and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in test strategy and planning at a system level, with an emphasis on real‑world scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of automotive architecture and protocols, including CAN and Ethernet (SomeIP/DoIP).
  • Hands‑on experience with logging and measurement tools such as Vector CANoe and Intrepid.
  • Expertise in vehicle and test rig‑level operations, including flashing ECUs.
  • A proactive and independent approach to problem‑solving, with a passion for delivering high‑quality results.
