What You Will Do

  • Lead the delivery of Infrastructure Projects within manufacturing engineering plants.
  • Manage a full scope of infrastructure work, including civils, structural steelwork, mechanical and electrical service installations, and general building fitout.
  • Drive a Zero Harm approach to safety, ensuring strong contractor performance and compliance with CDM 2015 (and relevant safety legislation).
  • Interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and key departments, to meet KPI-driven outcomes.
  • Support business planning, scheme reviews, and budget cost creation, helping to strengthen proposals from feasibility through to handover.
  • Partner with the Infrastructure Manager to maintain infrastructure standards and deliver projects safely, on budget, on time, and to agreed quality requirements, in the Construction Supervisor role.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects from conception through to completion, ideally across mixed disciplines such as civil, structural, M&E, and fit out.
  • Strong contractor management experience and a track record of achieving benchmark site safety performance.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, including the ability to lead teams under tight time scales and budgets.
  • Clear understanding of site safety and safety legislation, including CDM 2015 principles.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in an infrastructure, plant, electrical, or mechanical discipline (preferred, but not essential).
