The company is seeking a Servicing Engineer for the Service Department in the Midlands area. The candidate will travel to customer sites to service Mazak machines, performing fault diagnosis, checking alignments, and carrying out general servicing tasks. Job Description
- Serve as an on-site engineer to perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and alignment checks on Mazak machines.
- Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and use Mazak, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls.

Essential Criteria
- Electrical or mechanical engineering experience
- Read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Basic programming experience (Mazak, Siemens, Heidenhain)
- Understanding of levelling, alignment, and geometry of machine tools
- Knowledge of various control systems
- Experience with Mazatrol controls and the whole Mazak product range
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Committed, can-do attitude
- Flexible, able to work overtime, weekends, and overnight stays
- Clean driving licence
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels
- Transferable skills across different machine models
