What You Will Do

What You Will Bring
- A recognised qualification or membership with bodies such as RICS, CIOB, ICES, or APM.
- Proven experience in pre-construction activities, including design, planning, and feasibility studies.
- Delivery of infrastructure projects (electrical, mechanical, civils etc.) in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure methods, materials, and safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering against tight deadlines.
- The ability to lead and motivate teams, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
