Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer, Wet Paint Sprayer or Powder Coater seeking a new job? We are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a sheet metal fabrication business in the Stevenage area. The standard working hours are 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with overtime opportunities available which are paid at T1/2. The annual salary will range between £31,000 - £34,000 per annum (hourly rate of £15.00 - £16.50 per hour) DOE. The hiring manager is looking for someone who has around 3 years experience (if not more) in a similar job, and they are keen to interview ASAP.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare materials for painting, including cleaning and masking, to meet customer specifications.
  • Operate various coating equipment, including guns and powder reclaiming systems, ensuring optimal paint flow and viscosity.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure coating quality and bake parts at appropriate temperatures following defined procedures.
  • Complete jobs on time and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards throughout the facility.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure consistent performance.

What You Will Bring:
