Salary: £45-49K

Shifts: 6am - 2pm, Mon - Fri / 37.5 hours per week

What You Will Do:

  • Perform maintenance on a variety of machinery, including compressors, pumps, HVAC systems and robots.
  • Follow planned maintenance schedules in non-production times and reactive maintenance to support production on machine breakdowns electrical and mechanical.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of machinery and installation of new equipment.

As Lead Maintenance Engineer You Will Bring:

  • A strong mechanical skill set and electrical fault finding.
  • Experience with maintenance of 3 phase equipment drives, and motors etc.
  • Robot experience is advantageous.
  • C&G or NVQ equivalent level 3 mechanical or electrical.
  • A big plus if you have PLC experience, not essential though.

You will have current or recent experience as multi-skilled maintenance engineer, maintenance technician, maintenance supervisor, maintenance engineer, maintenance fitter, shift engineer, maintenance team leader.
