- Perform physical validation of repair processes using proto@type and production vehicles to guarantee feasibility and repeatability.
- Identify and communicate repair and serviceability challenges, proposing effective resolutions to stakeholders.
- Investigate and respond to technician feedback submitted through TOPIx, continuously improving content quality and user experience.
