As Quality Manager - Measurement Systemsyou will:
- Manage and optimise the calibration system, asset register, and traceability for all monitoring and measuring equipment.
- Lead investigations into out-of-tolerance equipment, ensuring containment actions and structured problem-solving to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee internal calibration activities and external service providers while maintaining compliance with international standards.
- Define calibration and measurement requirements for new equipment and processes, supporting process validation and equipment qualification.
- Own the governance and tracking of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities, ensuring compliance and driving closure of identified issues.
- Promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the team while monitoring key performance indicators.
TheQuality Manager - Measurement Systems will have:
- Proven experience in calibration management within automotive, manufacturing, chemical and/or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, and AIAG MSA manual.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading MSA studies and managing calibration systems.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and PPAP.
- A degree in Engineering, Physics, Metrology, or a related technical discipline, coupled with leadership capabilities.
