A leading global manufacturer supplying high-performance components to the aerospace sector. To ensure the maintenance and development of manufacturing facilities, managing PPM schedule adherence, instrument and process tooling calibration, and insurance system compliance. You will also take ownership of on-site inspection and condition monitoring contracts, ensuring full internal and external audit compliance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are met at all times
  • Manage all instrument and process tooling calibration contracts, maintaining the calibration database
  • Manage condition monitoring contracts and associated systems
  • Oversee insurance inspection contracts and certification systems
  • Ensure internal and external PPM & calibration audit compliance
  • Develop improvements across calibration and condition monitoring contracts
  • Drive best practice and synergies across group sites
  • Ensure legislative and insurance compliance, liaising with insurers for inspection schedules
  • Establish and report on KPIs
  • Support TPM and continuous improvement activities
  • Benchmark against other organisations for best practice
  • Manage procurement activities including raising purchase requisitions and coordinating materials/resources

Experience Required

  • Must have: Recognised qualification in Lifting Equipment Inspection, Experience in Calibration Compliance, Strong background in PPM / CMMS management
  • Should have: CMMS database management experience
  • Could have: Boiler operation and management, High Voltage Authorised Person
