Our client, Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions is the preferred supplier to Mazak. We are currently seeking a Production Machine Loader within the Machining Department.
Job Description
- Loading parts onto fixtures of FH Line.
- Cleaning, deburring & carrying out rudimentary inspection on finished parts.
- Delivering parts to & from other areas within machining & other functions.
- Assisting with tooling changes & re-tipping.
- Responsible for 5S in the area & aid with preventative maintenance.
The Person
Essential Criteria
- Have history working in an industrial setting.
- Understand basic mechanical principles.
- Be hard working & conscientious.
Desirable Criteria
- Some machining experience.
- Forklift truck experience.
- Overhead crane experience.
The role will be on Standard Mazak contract on double day shift.

Working hours are: AM Shift Monday to Friday 05:30am - 1:30pm then onto the PM Shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 2:00pm - 8:00pm. Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time.
