What You Will Do:
- Manage software issues using structured problem-solving techniques to ensure effective resolution across EVA25 programmes.
- Define and govern the issue management process for Motion and Propulsion software controls.
- Collaborate with integration teams, ECU squads, and ITP teams to triage issues and assign them to the appropriate squads.
- Investigate complex system issues, create standard problem definitions, and lead root cause analysis efforts.
- Track issues to ensure fixes are robustly validated and successfully deployed.
- Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, filters, reports, and KPIs for delivery teams and leadership.
What You Will Bring:
- Relevant experience in systems engineering, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to apply systems engineering principles and structured testing methods to complex technical systems.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to produce formal documentation to a professional standard.
