What You Will Do:

  • Define and govern the issue management process for Motion and Propulsion software controls.
  • Collaborate with integration teams, ECU squads, and ITP teams to triage issues and assign them to the appropriate squads.
  • Investigate complex system issues, create standard problem definitions, and lead root cause analysis efforts.
  • Track issues to ensure fixes are robustly validated and successfully deployed.
  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, filters, reports, and KPIs for delivery teams and leadership.

What You Will Bring:

  • Relevant experience in systems engineering, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Proven ability to apply systems engineering principles and structured testing methods to complex technical systems.
