Vehicle Test Technician

What You Will Do:

• Prepare, build, and maintain vehicles or components for test in accordance with company engineering manuals and local procedures.

• Support testing in both static and dynamic conditions to gather quality test data and results.

• Engage in evaluation, concern identification, and liaise with Test Engineers to support the delivery of Key Performance Indicators.

• Utilise your skills to provide support across various sections as required, ensuring the achievement of company goals.

• Manage and prioritise your workload independently, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and legal requirements, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

A C&G / BTEC L3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, ideally complemented by a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a relevant field.

• Proven practical mechanical/electrical skills, preferably within the automotive sector.

• Proficiency in Excel for data management and graph production, alongside a good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing and presentations.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• The ability to work independently, managing your own workload effectively.
