What You Will Do
- Deliver high‑quality suspension engineering solutions to meet cost, quality, and time objectives, ensuring compliance with the Worldwide Engineering Release System.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for spring and damper modules, supporting the engineering test teams and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with supplier component engineering and vehicle attribute teams to refine designs and ensure targets are met.
- Manage Advanced Product Quality Planning deliverables and support the resolution of change requests and programme milestones.
- Maintain up‑to‑date module documentation, including meeting records and legal compliance documentation.
- Contribute to the development of industrialised suspension products within an Agile Squad environment.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in resolving technical, business, or process challenges within a project team environment.
- Strong understanding of product creation, change control, and product definition processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with interpreting engineering drawings and understanding GD&T notation.
- Experience with suspension damper, coil spring, or air spring technologies is advantageous.
