Hours are 38.75 per week (rotating shift pattern hours are - 6.45am – 3pm, 2.45pm – 11pm and 10.45pm to 7am).

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and engage manufacturing employees on your shift, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
  • Manage personnel in line with company policies, including absence, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Schedule and oversee production throughput to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on production processes, analysing performance data to implement corrective actions.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, collaborating with other shifts to ensure consistency and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines, good housekeeping practices, and lean manufacturing protocols.
