What You Will Do:
- Provide engineering maintenance and fault‑finding support for advanced industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines and assembly lines.
- Work on planned preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot PLC and drive systems to minimise downtime and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with operational teams and management to address maintenance requirements and provide detailed feedback on repairs and preventative measures.
- Promote safety by adhering to OHSE legislation, completing risk assessments, and encouraging safe behaviours across the site.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence strategies.
What You Will Bring:
- Time‑served Industrial Electrician qualifications and ONC certification as a minimum.
- Proven experience in an industrial engineering environment, ideally within manufacturing.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines and assembly lines, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting PLCs and drive systems.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CMMS systems.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
