We are recruiting a QHSE Manager (also suitable for candidates with HSE Manager or Quality Manager backgrounds) to lead compliance, continuous improvement, and cultural change at a recently upgraded production facility in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

You will act as the subject matter expert for quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring systems are not only maintained but continuously improved.

  • Lead and develop the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation, including risk assessments and policy development
  • Conduct root cause analysis (e.g. Manage internal audits, non-conformance processes, and customer complaints)
  • Act as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors

Background as a QHSE Manager, HSE Manager, EHS Manager, or Quality Manager

NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential

Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

Recently modernised production facility with ongoing investment
