What You Will Do:

- Monitor business readiness ahead of phased implementations, integrations, and go-lives to ensure success.
- Organise and deliver impactful engagement activities such as workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions.
- Track employee sentiment and respond to feedback to support a positive employee experience during change.
- Collaborate closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, and People Partners to align change and communication strategies with key milestones.
