As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will help keep packaged food and related materials compliant across key markets, turning complex regulation into clear documentation and confident decisions. What You Will Do:

  • Manage ongoing regulatory requirements for packaged food and relevant documentation within the International Business unit.
  • Process customer requests for regulatory documentation, translating regulatory data into accurate official statements.
  • Maintain supplier documentation and keep supplier documentation up to date, including raw material regulatory status tracking.
  • Support Sales and Customer Care with market-facing compliance needs and responses to regulatory requests.
  • Contribute to product safety audits and support corrective actions within a BRC/HACCP framework.
  • Prepare and manage DMFs for European products, working with autonomy to complete files in line with FDA requirements.

What You Will Bring:

  • A graduate-level qualification in a technical discipline such as Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
