What You Will Do:
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) systems.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues, using tools such as 8D and 5 Whys.
- Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product inspections to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
- Assist with environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and waste reduction programmes.
- Promote a proactive safety culture, supporting risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations.
What You Will Bring:
- A background in manufacturing, engineering, environmental science, or a related field, with HNC/HND or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in quality or QESH-related roles within manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, with exposure to ISO 14001 and health safety systems being advantageous.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and 5 Whys, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
