What You Will Do:

– Promote quality practices throughout the company by educating and supporting employees while embedding a culture of proactive risk management for quality.

– Carry out physical inspections of products during the fabrication process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.

– Review inspection and quality assurance procedures in galvanising and powder coating facilities to maintain consistency and excellence.

– Perform chemical process checks within galvanising and powder coating facilities to ensure uniformity and adherence to standards.

– Conduct NDT dye penetrant testing on ENI 090 welded fabrications to guarantee the quality and reliability of products.

– Always adhere to health, safety, and environmental instructions while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work.

What You Will Bring:

– Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification and familiarity with inspection tools such as callipers and micrometres.

– Proven experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions using methods like 8D, 5Why's, and fishbone diagrams.

– A solid understanding of quality policies, procedures, and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

– Ability to efficiently organise workload and communicate effectively, both written and verbally.

– Knowledge of technical drawing reading and ISO Internal Auditor training is highly desirable.
