Key Responsibilities:
- Review and respond to RFQs from the sales team
- Develop technical solutions with engineering colleagues
- Prepare detailed, costed quotations and proposals
- Liaise with customers and support bid clarification meetings
- Source costs for materials, services, and subcontractors
- Assist with contract reviews, project coordination, and after-sales support
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in proposals or sales engineering
- Mechanical Engineering HNC or time served apprenticeship
- Background in system building / machine design and build
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience preparing and delivering technical proposals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD tools (AutoCAD)
