The Role As Production Maintenance Manager, you will take full ownership of the site maintenance function, leading a skilled engineering team and driving a step-change in equipment reliability, uptime and maintenance maturity.
You will be responsible for moving the operation from a predominantly reactive model to a fully planned, data-driven and preventative maintenance culture, aligned to best-in-class manufacturing standards.
