PRODUCTION LEAD REQUIRED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!!
Do you have experience working with the Food Manufacturing, Food Packaging, FMCG or Manufacturing Industry, and are you looking for a new permanent job?
We are proud to be working with a leading food manufacturing business in Telford to help them recruit 2 Production Leads on a straight permanent basis, this business are increasing their production capacity by adding in 2 new production lines, and they are looking to hire permanent staff between now and the beginning of September.
We are looking for someone who lives within a 20-25 mile radius of Telford, Shropshire.
This role will be working Monday to Friday (39.5 hours per week), and the role comes with an annual salary ranging between £45,000 – £52,000 per annum (DOE).
This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.
These roles would be a great fit for someone who has previously worked as a Production Manager, Shift Manager, Senior Production Manager, Production Operations Manager or Manufacturing Manager within the Food Manufacturing Industry.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee daily production plans, ensuring equipment and resources are in place for smooth operations.
- Develop strategies to manage orders efficiently and solve challenges as they arise.
- Analyse performance data and use insights to improve processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing production issues.
- Monitor product quality and line efficiency, implementing improvements where needed.
- Lead projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and production standards.
