What You Will Do:

1. Lead and implement paint manufacturing activities ensuring alignment with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives.
2. Coach and develop team leaders to enhance shift efficiency and productivity.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize painting processes and performance.
4. Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) process, including KPIs, procedural reviews, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional HSE objectives, producing parts that meet customer specifications.
6. Organize and manage the painting area, promoting high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.

What You Will Bring:

1. A degree in Engineering, with a preference for a specialization in Chemical Engineering.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of quality, and supply chain/flows management best practices.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. A track record of successful team management and development.
5. Experience in supporting new program development and participating in assessments.
