Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and legal support to fee earners and partners
  • Assist with opening, managing, and closing client files using electronic case management systems
  • Prepare, maintain, and file documents and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, take accurate messages, and manage diary appointments
  • Record and monitor time spent on client matters
  • Arrange client meetings, take notes, and support the delivery of an exceptional client experience
  • Work closely with colleagues across the department to ensure deadlines are met

About You:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • IT proficient with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) including English and Maths
  • A Levels or equivalent qualifications required; a degree in Law or Business is desirable
  • Previous administrative experience essential; legal experience advantageous
