This role involves supporting customers with Mazak machines, including installation, programming, and breakdown support across various machines such as milling, turning centres, and 5-axis machines.
The successful candidate will receive full training and become a key member of the Service Team. Regular travel is required, including working away across the UK and Ireland.
Essential Criteria:
- Basic programme experience (Mazak / Siemens / Heidenhain)
- Understanding of machine tool levelling, alignment, and geometry
- Knowledge of different control systems
- Experience with Mazatrol controls and Mazak machines
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Flexible, with willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Clean driving licence
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Transferable skills across multiple machine models
