- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, ensuring equipment safety and reliability.
- Investigate and document engineering changes, maintaining equipment and tooling configurations.
- Recommend and apply reliability engineering tools to improve equipment performance.
- Manage complex projects with minimal oversight while coaching and delegating tasks to team members.
- Resolve challenging and intricate issues across functional commodities to support testing and development.
