What You Will Do:
- Create and deliver engaging, blended learning packages tailored to end users.
- Define, engage, and align stakeholders in preparation for system deployments and feature releases.
- Host on‑site and off‑site training events across various locations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications specialists.
- Design and deliver role‑based user training, including classroom courses, online learning, assessments, and quick reference guides.
- Conduct training impact assessments and manage user access effectively.
