What You Will Do:

  • Create and deliver engaging, blended learning packages tailored to end users.
  • Define, engage, and align stakeholders in preparation for system deployments and feature releases.
  • Host on‑site and off‑site training events across various locations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications specialists.
  • Design and deliver role‑based user training, including classroom courses, online learning, assessments, and quick reference guides.
  • Conduct training impact assessments and manage user access effectively.

What You Will Bring:

  • A technical mindset with the ability to simplify complex documentation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
