What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of facility installations for new model introductions, ensuring adherence to key processes and safety regulations.
  • Lead supplier selection and manage vendor relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Create and maintain detailed facility timing plans and cost trackers to support effective project management.
  • Ensure the achievement of equipment capability targets, including efficiency and reliability metrics.
  • Represent the facilities team in programme meetings, providing updates and championing key deliverables.
  • Drive lean manufacturing principles and ensure processes align with operational excellence standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • A solid understanding of NEBOSH and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.
  • Proven experience in project and budgetary management within a manufacturing environment.
  • A track record of delivering facilities projects and managing multiple suppliers.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set objectives and drive team performance.
  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred) and experience in product launches or development.
