What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end process mapping across key functions and teams to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with project leads to build a comprehensive process inventory and document current and future state processes.
- Engage with stakeholders across regions, brands, and functions to gather insights and validate process designs.
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and improvement opportunities within processes, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Support the development of RACI documents, operating model artefacts, and change impact assessments.
- Work closely with Programme Managers and other team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of key organisational goals.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments effectively.
- A delivery-focused mindset with experience in transformation programmes.
- Exceptional workshop facilitation skills and the ability to work in evolving and ambiguous environments.
- Experience in automotive, digital, or customer experience domains is a valuable plus.
