What You Will Do
- Oversee the planning and implementation of facility installations for new model introductions, ensuring adherence to key processes and safety regulations.
- Lead supplier selection and manage vendor relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Create and maintain detailed facility timing plans and cost trackers to support effective project management.
- Ensure the achievement of equipment capability targets, including efficiency and reliability metrics.
- Represent the facilities team in programme meetings, providing updates and championing key deliverables.
- Drive lean manufacturing principles and ensure processes align with operational excellence standards.
What You Will Bring
- A solid understanding of NEBOSH and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.
- Proven experience in project and budgetary management within a manufacturing environment.
- A track record of delivering facilities projects and managing multiple suppliers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set objectives and drive team performance.
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred) and experience in product launches or development.
