Strong capability in team coaching, discipline, and maintaining a positive, standards-driven working environment. - Experience working with performance indicators and continuous improvement approaches such as PDCA and A3 problem-solving. - Clear commitment to safety leadership, including taking immediate action when safety risks are identified. - This Production Supervisor role plays a vital part in helping the business run reliably and improve continuously within an industrial site environment.
