What You Will Do
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality systems engineering through integration, verification, and validation processes.
- Create and maintain essential artefacts such as strategies, plans, procedures, compliance matrices, and reports.
- Lead the development of test equipment and fixtures, ensuring lifecycle requirements are met.
- Oversee safety and security aspects of testing environments and facilities.
- Support qualification activities, including in-house and external testing.
- Actively contribute to improving processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.
What You Will Bring
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering and validation processes across hardware, software, and firmware.
- Experience in designing and delivering specialised test equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as INCOSE and ISO 15288.
