What You Will Do:
- Process end-to-end employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs, and exit documentation with confidence and attention to detail.
- Support offboarding activities such as final documentation, equipment returns, and system deactivation, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including SuccessFactors, helping deliver reliable records for the team.
- Update organisational structures and reporting lines, including job titles and position data, using disciplined governance and compliance.
