We are seeking an experienced and proactive Engineering Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a key role responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects across the business, with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change (EC) processes within a manufacturing environment.

As the Engineering Project Manager, you will act as the primary customer-facing engineering representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and customers.

  • Plan, manage and deliver engineering projects in line with agreed timelines, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Manage the Engineering Change process, including reviewing, approving and implementing engineering changes across the organisation.
  • Project manage tool repair and modification activities, maintaining communication with both internal teams and customers.
  • Act as the main customer-facing engineering contact for NPI programmes, engineering changes and tooling activities.
  • Work closely with the Customer Account Team to ensure aligned and consistent communication with customers.

Proven experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing or technical production environment.

Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change (EC) processes.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and milestones.

Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems (ISO 13485 knowledge would be advantageous).

We are particularly interested in someone with a strong engineering or manufacturing background who is confident coordinating projects across multiple departments, engaging with customers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
