What You Will Do:

  • Act as a trusted HR and Head of People to the CEO, providing strategic advice and supporting business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company's ambitious growth plans.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure organisational capability evolves in line with business expansion.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and wellbeing.
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive organisational change, ensuring people strategies align with growth in the defence sector.

What You Will Bring:

  • Chartered Membership or Fellowship of the CIPD (Level 7 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable experience in developing leadership capabilities and embedding high-performance cultures.
  • Proven track record in senior HR roles, such as Head of HR or People Director.
