We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in scaling an ambitious organisation. You will act as the financial backbone and strategic partner to the business—combining hands-on financial control with forward-looking insight to support growth, performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on delivering meaningful monthly financial insights, going beyond the numbers to provide clear commentary and recommendations that drive decision-making.
- Own the year-end cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while maintaining strong relationships with auditors and external stakeholders.
