What You Will Do:

  • Lead departmental activities specific to the EO Master Scheduler role, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clear communication plans.
  • Create and deliver EO Master Schedules for all projects during the Pre-KO phase, using the latest project timing plans.
  • Establish and run Pre-KO Engineering Operations Sync sessions to maintain alignment across teams.
  • Analyse project timing constraints and update EO Master Schedules as needed, ensuring they align with vehicle and unit timing plans.
  • Prepare concise reporting decks to summarise project statuses for Engineering Operations Architecture reviews.
  • Support the team with major plan updates and manage the EO critical path template to drive continuous improvement.
