Location: Automotive Manufacturing Sites (Gaydon, Warwick Oxford Areas) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established engineering services business supporting leading automotive manufacturing facilities across the Midlands.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead teams of electricians, oversee electrical installation and maintenance projects, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Working across multiple manufacturing sites, you'll play a key role in coordinating labour, managing project delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support teams of electricians across multiple automotive manufacturing sites.
Manage day-to-day electrical installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Be hands on when required Monitor quality standards and review inspection and testing documentation to ensure compliance with current regulations.
