What You Will Do:
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and engagement strategies to ensure seamless deployment of incremental releases to business end users.
• Conduct business change impact assessments, collaborating with senior stakeholders to prepare for deployment activities.
• Identify key stakeholders and end users, supporting their onboarding as Early Adopters and Super Users.
• Create and execute stakeholder communication and engagement plans, ensuring alignment with global business processes.
• Liaise effectively between business teams, process leads, and technology teams to maintain alignment with transformation goals and compliance standards.
• Critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicting inputs, and ensure clear communication of true requirements to all parties involved.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in change management, ideally within transformational projects and in Change, Comms or Engagement roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or agile methodologies is desirable.
